Great recipes! I'm definitely going to have to give the CoCoa Mint Foot scrub a try! I'm sure it smells yummy! :)

My favorite super simple hand and foot scrub is made of just coconut oil and baking soda.

I mix 2 Tablespoons of coconut oil with 1 Tablespoon of baking soda and massage onto my feet for a few minutes before rinsing with warm water.

Leaving my feet slightly damp, I then slather on a layer of coconut oil and put on a pair of clean cotton socks or a pair of moisturizing socks.

This scrub leaves my hands and feet feeling silky smooth!

These are some great recipes. Peppermint is my favorite for helping invigorate tired sore feet. The cocoa butter is good to moisturize the skin too.

I actually have a salt product that has peppermint and tea tree in it to scrub the feet. I like to incorporate tea tree to prevent foot fungus. It's time we get our feet looking sexy for the summer!

A great foot scrub that you can make at home is a baking soda and sugar scrub.

How To Make It

Scrub:Mix 1/2 cup baking soda and 1/2 cup of sugar. Add 1 tbs. oilive oil and a little water. Mix into a paste (add more water if needed) and massage over your feet. Don't forget the heals too. Then rinse well.

You can also use this on your legs, knees, and elbows. You're skin will be so soft. This scrub is addicting and cheap. Enjoy!
