I was very, very skeptical but I got the best night's sleep last night that I've had in months. I have more energy today then I'vel had for months. If these are a scam, bring them on because they work. The more toxic you are the more you need these. I even have my husband using them and last night was the first night in months that he did not snore and he and I slept well.
